About

Meet Dr. Mehta

I’m Dr. Pamela Mehta, an orthopedic surgeon, healthcare entrepreneur, and renowned medical leader based in San Jose, California. My journey began with a deep desire to make medicine more human, where every patient feels seen, heard, and cared for beyond their diagnosis.

As the founder of Resilience Orthopedics, I employ precise surgical skills with a deeply personal approach to provide concierge-level care, helping my patients move without limits.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of sharing my voice across digital platforms and in the media, reaching thousands with education, honest insights, and the combination of clinical expertise and real-world perspective.

I’m also deeply dedicated to lifting up women in medicine, so they can thrive in their careers without losing sight of their own well-being and sense of self.

I have been featured in major media outlets and recognized for my patient-first approach. I co-founded Learn at Pinnacle to support women in medicine and serve as a medical advisor for The Good Feet Store, all while promoting resilience in every aspect of my work

My Mission

To restore movement and quality of life through personalized treatment, empathy and education. I strive to deliver concierge-level, whole-person care that addresses the root cause, ensuring that each patient not only recovers but also regains their full strength and vitality.

Beyond the clinic, I extend this mission through The Resilience Factor Podcast, where I share bold, evidence-based strategies on injury prevention, recovery, and longevity. Many elite athletes and medical experts join us to share powerful insights on lasting strength and mobility .

I also lead the Pinnacle Conference and Learn at Pinnacle educational platform as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer, building a national community that empowers women in medicine through leadership training, mentorship, and CE-credited learning.

Beyond the White Coat

The side of Dr. Mehta you don’t always see online.

Family and Motherhood

Mom of two energetic boys and a sweet girl who keeps her on her toes (and boys occasionally on the soccer field).

Grew up dancing ballet—now swaps pirouettes for Pilates.

Never says no to a good latte, a cozy corner, and a pair of sneakers she can walk miles in.

Advocacy

Dr. Mehta felt the need to share her voice online after her own experience navigating motherhood, medicine, and missing information.

She saw the gaps, felt the overwhelm, and decided to be the voice she wished she had.

Now she’s helping others feel seen, supported, and informed.

Lifestyle + values

Big believer in science, strength, and showing up as your full self (messy bun and all).

Her ideal weekend? Farmers’ market strolls, movement that feels good, and off-screen time with family.

Rooted in authenticity, fueled by purpose.
