Meet The Host
Dr. Pamela Mehta, MD
Dr. Pamela Mehta is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, founder of Resilience Orthopedics, and a passionate advocate for helping people move better, feel stronger, and live longer.
With over 13 years of experience, Dr. Mehta specializes in shoulder, knee, hip, and hand surgery, helping her patients return to the active lifestyles they love. In 2016, she launched her own concierge orthopedic practice in San Jose—bringing expert, personalized care to those who value strength and longevity.
Dr. Mehta earned dual degrees in Biology and Religion from the University of Southern California (USC), where she also completed medical school at the Keck School of Medicine. She went on to train in orthopedic surgery at Columbia University Medical Center in New York, and has held leadership roles including Chief of Orthopedics and National Orthopedic Director for a major hospitalist group.
