Meet The Host
Dr. Pamela Mehta, MD
Dr. Pamela Mehta is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, founder of Resilience Orthopedics, and a passionate advocate for helping people move better, feel stronger, and live longer.
With over 15 years of experience, Dr. Mehta specializes in shoulder, knee, hip, and hand surgery, helping her patients return to the active lifestyles they love. In 2015, she launched her own concierge orthopedic practice in San Jose—bringing expert, personalized care to those who value strength and longevity.
Dr. Mehta earned her undergraduate degrees from the University of Southern California (USC), where she also completed medical school at the Keck School of Medicine. She went on to do her residency in orthopedic surgery at Columbia University Medical Center in New York and has held surgical leadership roles, including Chief of Orthopedics.
She is currently the Chief Medical Officer of The Good Feet Store and Co-founder of Learn at Pinnacle, an innovative healthcare education platform.
